About the course

 

Men and women of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome to join this course, no previous experience of Yoga is necessary.

Will I gain a Qualification?

What Equipment do I need

A blanket or large bath towel , and wear stretchy, comfortable clothing.

Duration of course

 

30 weeks

 

Childcare

 

Crèche places are available for children aged from 3 months to under 8 years, subject to availability.

Course Fees

 

The fee is £15 for 5 weeks.
