Thank you for your enquiry about using the Community Bus. Please find enclosed an application form to be completed by you or a member of your group/organisation.
Before completing the application form please read carefully the enclosed terms and conditions of use.
Once you have completed and signed the application form you will be registered as a member of the Transport Group. Your completed application should be returned to, Kinsley and Fitzwilliam Community Resource Centre, Wakefield Rd, Kinsley, Pontefract, WF9 5BP or Fax 01977 625902. Please return the application as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours prior to your date of travel. Once the application has been approved you will be contacted and given details of when and where you may collect the keys from.
After your application has been approved/or on collection of the keys you will be sent/given further information regarding insurance, emergency breakdown or accident contact details, passenger list (for emergency purposes) and also a vehicle condition form which must be completed prior to your journey and also upon return.
There is no charge for use of the minibus but you must replace any fuel used. For very short journeys where it would be impractical to refuel please consult with the Community Centre Manager. Additionally if your group/organisation would like to make a donation towards the cost of operating the bus you may do so through the Community Centre Manager.
